EVA/POE Solar Encapsulation Film Production Line

This line uses EVA/POE as the main raw material, adopts casting process, heating the raw materials, extruding, calendering, cooling and finally winding.This production line can be specially made by customer's requirements. This film is a new type of thermosetting hot melt film, anti-adhesive at normal temperature, casy for operation.It is fully shaped and adhesive after heating and laminating. It can make the silicon wafer, glass, backplane multi-layer material firmly bonded into the whole one. Excellent heat and humidity resistance, UV resistance, fully realize the long-term use of solar modules in outdoor.

It is mainly used for encapsulation of lawn lamp cell module.courtyard lamp, solar module etc.It has environmentally protection,UV-resistance,non-yellowing and other advantages.
